SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virtual programs; state funding. Clarifies that the proportionate share of direct aid for public education provided to local school divisions for students enrolled in full-time virtual programs shall be based on the student's jurisdiction of residence rather than the jurisdiction offering the virtual program. This bill has been incorporated into SB 598.
