SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Salvage vehicles. Defines "repairable vehicles" as late model vehicles repaired by an insurance company and not accepted by their owners immediately prior to acquisition by the insurance company and exempts them from the provisions of Chapter 16 of Title 46.2 (Salvage, Nonrepairable, and Rebuilt Vehicles).
