SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Isolated state waters. Asserts that isolated bodies of water that are not fed by or replenished by perennial streams are to be considered nonnavigable waterways and, as such, are not subject to regulation by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers or the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the federal Clean Water Act.
