SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Public employment; nondiscrimination. Prohibits discrimination in public employment in violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the United States Constitution, Article 1, Section 11 of the Constitution of Virginia, or the Virginia Human Rights Act (§ 2.2-3900 et seq.). The bill contains technical amendments.
