SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Virginia Water Protection Permit.  Requires the State Water Control Board to give consideration to any relevant information contained in the state water supply plan when determining whether to issue a Virginia Water Protection Permit. There is a specific exemption for the cooling facilities on Lake Anna.
