SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Charter; Town of Glen Lyn.  Shifts the town's elections from May to November and provides for four-year terms.  The bill also removes the requirement of voter approval prior to borrowing money and moves the town council's biennial organizational meeting from September to January.
