SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Injunctions; requirement for bond. Requires a moving party to post bond only for temporary injunctions. Under current law, a bond is required for both temporary and permanent injunctions. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference. This bill is identical to SB 59.
