VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 32.1-11.7, relating to the State Board of Health; guidelines for cleanup of residential property used as clandestine drug lab. [H 796] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 32.1-11.7 as follows:

§ 32.1-11.7. Guidelines for cleanup of residential property used as clandestine drug lab.

The Board shall establish guidelines for the cleanup of residential property formerly used as a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory.
