SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Controlled substances; mandatory reporting. Requires, rather than authorizes, prescribers of controlled substances to notify law enforcement when they have reason to suspect that a person has obtained or attempted to obtain a controlled substance or prescription for a controlled substance by fraud or deceit.
