SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Traffic impact analysis. Removes the requirement that a supplemental traffic analysis accompany a plat or plan submitted to the Department of Transportation by a locality because the plat or plan substantially affects transportation on state-controlled highways if such plat or plan is permissible by right under the local zoning ordinance. However, if a supplemental traffic analysis is required by a local ordinance, that requirement must be met.
