SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Registration of medical laboratory scientists and medical laboratory technicians. Provides that it shall be unlawful for any person to practice or hold themselves out as practicing as a medical laboratory scientist or medical laboratory technician unless they have registered with the Board of Medicine.
