SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Form of deeds. Provides that when a trust is the grantor or grantee of a deed, the deed shall contain the names of the trust's trustees serving at the time the deed was made.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Form of deeds and deeds of trust. Provides that when a trust is the grantor or grantee of a deed or deed of trust, the deed or deed of trust shall contain the names of (i) the trust's trustees and registered agent, if any, serving at the time the deed was made and (ii) the settlors of the trust living at the time the deed was made.
