Standards for Accreditation; alternative accreditation.  Provides that any school board, on behalf of one or more of its schools, may request from the Board of Education releases from state regulations and approval of an individual School Accreditation Plan.

Standards for Accreditation; alternative accreditation.  Provides that any school board, on behalf of one or more of its schools, may seek approval of an alternative accreditation plan from the Board of Education, so that such school may operate free from specified school division policies and state regulations. Requires any such request to include documentation of the need for the alternative plan.
