SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Notice to localities of certain state projects. Requires that notice of certain state capital projects involving new construction costing at least $500,000 be sent to localities by registered mail and specifies that the notice shall be sent prior to, rather than during, the planning phase of the project. Failure of any state agency to strictly comply with such requirements will justify entry of an injunction on behalf of the locality.
