SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Authorities for development of former federal areas; dissolution. Allows authorities created by proclamation of the Governor for the development of former federal areas to be dissolved not only upon resolution of the governing body of each locality within the area of operation of the authority but also upon determination by the Governor that the dissolution is appropriate. This bill is identical to SB 1256.

Authorities for development of former federal areas; dissolution. Provides a procedure for dissolution of authorities created by proclamation of the Governor.
