SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Publication of surreptitious photographs.  Provides that any person who publishes a photograph or video made in violation of the provision prohibiting “upskirting,” etc., for financial gain, or on the web, or for mass distribution, is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
