SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Common interest communities; payment of resale disclosure packet fees. Decreases from 90 to 45 days, where settlement does not occur, the time when a seller of a condominium unit or lot will be responsible for the payment of all allowable fees related to the preparation of the disclosure packet provided by the association. The bill provides that such assessment must be made by the association within one year after delivery of the disclosure packet.
