SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Parking violations on Department of Game and Inland Fisheries properties.  Clarifies that parking violations that occur on DGIF properties are subject to a $25 civil penalty, not to criminal penalties. The civil penalties will be deposited in the Game Protection Fund.
