Alcoholic beverage control; ownership interests of manufacturers.  Allows manufacturers of alcoholic beverages to sell their product in retail establishments that they own or in which they have an ownership interest. Current law prohibits manufacturers from selling their alcoholic beverage product in the retail establishments that they own or in which they have ownership interests. The bill contains technical amendments.

Alcoholic beverage control; conduct not prohibited; consumption of lawfully acquired wine at certain licensed establishments.  Provides that any restaurant licensed by the ABC Board may permit the consumption of lawfully acquired wine by bona fide customers on the premises in all areas and locations covered by the license. The bill provides that a licensee may charge a corkage fee to such customer for the wine so consumed; however, the licensee may not charge any other fee to such customer.

Alcoholic Beverage Control; gifts by licensees.  Allows retail licensees and their employees to give gifts of alcohol to their patrons, limited to one alcoholic beverage per patron within a 24-hour period and limited to one bottle of wine per group of two or more patrons within a 24-hour period.
