Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Department of Medical Assistances Services shall increase the maximum allowable earnings for individuals participating in the Medicaid Works program established pursuant to § 1902(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XV) of the Social Security Act to the maximum amount allowed by federal law.
