VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to require the Department of Motor Vehicles to transmit certain information regarding vehicles under the Personal Property Tax Relief Act. [H 2244] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Motor Vehicles shall include in the information furnished to commissioners of the revenue pursuant to § 58.1-3534 regarding vehicles qualifying for personal property tax relief, whether the vehicle is held in a private trust for nonbusiness purposes by an individual beneficiary.
