SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Medicaid; legal permanent residents. Requires the state plan to include a provision for payment of medical assistance services delivered to permanent residents who have been legally present in the United States for the federally required five-year waiting period and meet all other eligibility requirements. The provisions of the Act are made contingent upon an appropriation of general funds.
