SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Department of General Services; centralized fleet; minimum mileage standard. Requires the Director of the Department of General Services to promulgate a minimum mileage standard for assigned passenger-type vehicles from the centralized fleet, taking into account best value, industry standard practices, and the use of alternative transportation methods. Currently, the minimum mileage required for assigning a vehicle is calculated using a statutory formula.
