SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Collection of unpaid fines, etc.; attorney fees. Provides that if the attorney for the Commonwealth is required to institute a proceeding or to contract with a private attorney or collection agency for the collection of delinquent fines, costs, forfeitures, penalties, or restitution imposed in a criminal case, he shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees from the defendant.
