SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Veterans Services Foundation. Requires the Veterans Services Foundation to provide an annual report to the Secretary of Public Safety on or before November 30. The bill also (i) provides that ex officio members of the Foundation are ineligible to serve as the Foundation's chair, (ii) provides that the Foundation shall meet four times per year, and (iii) clarifies that a majority of voting members constitutes a quorum. The bill also contains a technical amendment.
