SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Water safety zones. Authorizes marine patrol divisions of police departments in Tidewater localities and conservation police officers of the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries to patrol those tidal waters that have been designated as federal safety zones and federal restricted areas. This bill is identical to HB 296.
