SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Sex offender registry; residence. Provides that if a person required to register as a sex offender does not have a legal residence, the person must designate a location that can be located with reasonable specificity where he resides or habitually locates himself. The designated location will be considered his residence for the purposes of sex offender registration requirements.
