VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 41 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007, relating to the harvest cap on menhaden; sunset date. [S 47] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the second enactment of Chapter 41 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2.  That the provisions of this act shall expire on December 31, 2010 January 1, 2014.
