HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 40 Providing that House members shall not receive a per diem payment during any extension of the 2010 Regular Session of the General Assembly.

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That members of the House of Delegates and their legislative assistants shall not receive per diem payment for any day or days that the 2010 Regular Session of the General Assembly is extended.
