Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Department of Corrections is hereby authorized to convey to the County of Pittsylvania, upon terms and conditions the Department deems proper, with the approval of the Governor and in a form approved by the Attorney General, a portion of the Camp 15 Work Camp facility consisting of 26 acres to include the Diversion Center and outbuildings and the structure referred to as the Warden's Residence.

§ 2. The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute, and deliver such deed and other documents as may be necessary to accomplish the conveyance.
