VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to limit the meaning of the term "parkway" in connection with certain outdoor advertising. [S 1288] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The term "parkway," as used in § 33.1-369 of the Code of Virginia, shall not include any parkway designated by Chapter 44 of the Acts of Assembly of 2008.
