CHAPTER 493 An Act to withhold the declaration as surplus property of certain real estate of the Commonwealth. [H 2656] Approved March 27, 2009

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The State's Board of Education and its Director of the Department of General Services shall hold in abeyance any finding or other action that the Virginia School for the Deaf, Blind and Multi-Disabled is "surplus property" under relevant sections of the Code and shall not allow such property to become "surplus" until after July 1, 2010.
