Criminal Justice Services Board; membership. Increases the membership of the Criminal Justice Services Board from 29 to 30 by adding an individual who is a director of a criminal justice training academy, to be appointed by the Governor after consideration of the names submitted by the Virginia Association of Directors of Criminal Justice Training.
