SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Onsite Soil evaluators; exemptions from license requirements. Allows for conventional and alternative onsite sewer systems receiving residential wastewater to be designed by a licensed onsite soil evaluator when certain conditions are met. This bill is a recommendion of the Virginia Housing Commission.
