SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Disabled parking. Amends the definition of "person with a disability that limits or impairs his ability to walk or that creates a concern for his safety while walking" to include all persons who are 75 years old or older. This change will enable persons who are more than 75 years old or older to obtain disabled parking license plates or placards irrespective of any disability.
