HOUSE BILL NO. 877 FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by Delegate Hull on January 25, 2008) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Loupassi) A BILL to allow the City of Richmond to appoint seven members to a community development authority board.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the board of any community development authority previously created pursuant to Article 6 (§ 15.2-5152 et seq.) of Chapter 51 of Title 15.2 of the Code of Virginia by the city council of the City of Richmond shall consist of seven members.
