Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the provisions in § 10.1-1618 of the Code of Virginia requiring a reversion of title to real property from the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority to the Commonwealth, in the event that the Authority ceases to operate a project, shall not be enforceable until January 1, 2009.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
