HOUSE BILL NO. 2776 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the Senate Committee for Courts of Justice on February 7, 2007) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Athey) A BILL to prohibit the location of sex offender treatment offices in certain residential areas.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no individual shall knowingly provide sex offender treatment services to a convicted sex offender in an office or facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.
