SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Special license plates; Virginia Defense Force.  Reauthorizes issuance of special license plates for members of the Virginia State Defense Force.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; National Guard and Virginia State Defense Force.  Provides that, for purposes of issuance of National Guard special license places, members of the Virginia State Defense Force will be deemed members of the Virginia National Guard.
