SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Use of dealer's license plates. Allows dealer's license plates to be used on vehicles delivering or transporting other vehicles or parts of other vehicles. This bill also prohibits dealer license plates from being rented or leased to transport vehicles or portions of vehicles.
