SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:
Conveyance of subaqueous lands. Authorizes the Governor to sell and convey, taking into account fair market value, approximately 3.40 acres of subaqueous lands in the Elizabeth River in Norfolk to Moon of Norfolk, L.L.C., 4.11 acres of subaqueous lands in the Elizabeth River in Norfolk to Harbor Point Investors, L.L.C., and 3.6 acres of subaqueous lands in the Elizabeth River in Norfolk to Front Street Investors, L.L.C..

Conveyance of subaqueous lands.
