SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Impoundment of a motor vehicle for eluding police.  Provides that upon the arrest of a person for a felony violation of disregarding a signal by a law-enforcement officer to stop, or for eluding police, his motor vehicle shall be immobilized or impounded.
