Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Interstate 64 bridge over the Cowpasture River in Alleghany County is hereby designated the "Nicely Memorial Bridge." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge or any portion thereof.
