VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to authorize the issuance of special license plates for members of the Virginia State Defense Force. [S 518] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant is a member of the Virginia State Defense Force and following the provisions of § 46.2-725 of the Code of Virginia, the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles shall issue to the applicant special license plates for members of the Virginia State Defense Force.
