SENATE BILL NO. 366 FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by Senator Bell on January 30, 2006) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Saslaw) A BILL to repeal § 22.1-79.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the opening of the school year.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 22.1-79.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
