SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Illegal conveyance or possession of cellular telephone by prisoner; penalty. Creates a Class 6 felony to provide or cause to be provided a cellular telephone to an incarcerated prisoner, or for an incarcerated prisoner to possess a cellular telephone during the period of their incarceration.
