SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Maintenance of certain private roads. Provides that Buchanan County may make appropriations, in such sums and at such times as the governing body deems proper, for maintenance of private roads that provide the sole access to private family cemeteries containing 10 or more graves. Appropriations shall be made for this purpose only when necessary to keep the roads passable by motor vehicle. This bill is identical to SB 945.
