Interstate Route 81 Safety Taskforce.  Requires that the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner establish an Interstate Route 81 Safety Advisory Committee within each highway construction district wherein any portion of Interstate Route 81 is located.

Interstate Route 81 Safety Taskforce.  Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner to establish an Interstate Route 81 Safety Taskforce to make recommendations related to I-81 safety to the Commonwealth Transportation Board, the Governor, or the General Assembly.
