SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Charter; City of Waynesboro. Repeals the current city charter and replaces it with a new one. Most changes are organizational and technical in manner, such as updating Code references and deleting or amending outdated or unnecessary language. The substantive changes include revising the city budgeting schedule and authorizing indebtedness to conform with state law.
