SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Medical malpractice; expressions inadmissible. Provides that a health care provider's expression of sympathy or general sense of benevolence to a patient or a patient's relative is not admissible as evidence of an admission (i) of liability or (ii) against interest in an action for wrongful death or medical malpractice.
